Satori Capital is proud to be included in the 2022 “Best Companies to Work for in Texas,” a program created by the Texas Association of Business and managed by Workforce Research Group. The awards were presented at a gala event on October 6, 2022. Satori was previously included on the list in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
The “Best Companies to Work for in Texas” program recognizes Texas employers that “make it a priority to create better workplaces for their employees.” Companies named to the list were assessed and ranked based on an overview of their company policies and procedures, along with an in-depth, anonymous employee engagement and satisfaction questionnaire.
“Our talented and passionately engaged team members are the lifeblood of our business,” said Satori co-founder Randy Eisenman. “We are deeply committed to doing everything we can to ensure they feel as valued and appreciated as they are.”
Programs and benefits Satori provides to its team members include chef-prepared healthy lunches, a yearly $1,000 wellness allowance, weekly on-site chiropractor and masseuse visits, and annual charitable donations on each team member’s birthday. The firm’s “Satori Serves” program also organizes charitable activities for team members, such as serving breakfast at the Ronald McDonald House or volunteering at the Tarrant Area Food Bank.
The “Best Companies to Work for in Texas” award is one of several Satori has received for workplace excellence. The firm was certified as a “Great Place to Work” by the Great Place to Work organization in 2021 and 2022. It has been named to Pensions & Investments’ “Best Places to Work in Money Management” list for seven years in a row and to FW Inc.’s “Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth” list every year since 2016. Satori was also included in the Dallas Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work in North Texas” list in 2017, 2019, and 2020.

Disclaimer: The Best Companies to Work for in Texas honor was awarded by the Texas Association of Business to companies in Texas, including Satori Capital, on October 6, 2022. Winners were assessed through an anonymous employee survey that measured key areas of an organization’s culture ranging from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership for the 2022 calendar year to-date. Similar independent employee surveys were conducted for the Pensions & Investments magazine, FW Inc. magazine, and Dallas Business Journal awards. Satori Capital did not pay to participate in any ranking, and employee participation in all surveys was completely voluntary.
