For the eighth consecutive year, Satori Capital was honored with a “Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth” award from Fort Worth Inc. magazine. Satori has been included on the list every year since the program began in 2016 and has ranked in the top 10 for small/medium companies each year. For 2023, Satori ranked fourth in the small companies category.

The 2023 “Best Companies” list recognized 45 companies in the Fort Worth area for their “remarkable workplace policies, practices, and employee-centered philosophies.” Workforce Research Group managed the contest for the magazine and determined the rankings through confidential surveys of employees and an examination of company practices in areas such as employee benefits, work from home and vacation policies, wellness initiatives, opportunities for advancement, training and mentorship, diversity, and more. The results were announced at a luncheon on August 17, 2023. To view the full list of honorees, click here.

Fort Worth Inc.’s Fall 2023 issue, published on August 23, notes:

“The ‘Satori Sweats’ program arranges group workouts and activity classes for team members who wish to participate as a team and also offers a personal annual $1,000 perk for team members to use for their individual wellness activities. Employees are presented 22 employer-paid holidays each year.”

The “Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth” award is one of several Satori has received for workplace excellence. The firm has been named to Pensions & Investments’ “Best Places to Work in Money Management” list eight years in a row and was certified as a “Great Place to Work” by the Great Place to Work organization in 2021 and 2022. Satori ranked highly on the Texas Association of Business’ “100 Best Companies to Work for in Texas” list in 2019 through 2022 and has repeatedly been included in the Dallas Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work in North Texas” list.

Disclaimer: The Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth honor is awarded by FW Inc. to businesses in the Fort Worth, Texas, area, including Satori Capital. Winners were assessed through an anonymous employee survey that measured key areas of an organization’s culture ranging from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership. Similar independent employee surveys were conducted for the Pensions & Investments, Great Places to Work, Best Place for Working Parents, and Texas Monthly awards. Satori Capital did not pay to participate in any ranking, and employee participation in all surveys was completely voluntary.
