Satori Capital was recently ranked #4 of the 2019 “100 Best Companies to Work for in Texas,” a program created by Texas Monthly, the Texas Association of Business, the Texas Society for Human Resource Management, and Best Companies Group. The awards were presented at a gala in Austin, Texas, on March 28, 2019, and honorees will be featured in the May 2019 issue of Texas Monthly.
The “Best Companies to Work for in Texas” program was created to recognize Texas employers who prioritize creating outstanding workplaces for their team members. Companies named to the list were assessed and ranked based on the results of a survey of their company policies along with an in-depth, anonymous employee engagement and satisfaction questionnaire. Satori was ranked in the Small Company category, which includes businesses with 15 to 99 employees.

Special programs and benefits recognized in the Satori profile in Texas Monthly include an annual $1,000 allowance that team members can spend on health-promoting activities, regular group meditation before meetings, subsidized executive health screenings, and handwritten cards for each team member’s work anniversary.
The “Best Companies to Work for in Texas” award is one of several Satori has received for workplace excellence. The firm has been named to Pensions & Investments’ “Best Places to Work in Money Management” list four years in a row and to FW Inc.’s “Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth” list every year since 2016. Satori was also included on the Dallas Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work in North Texas” list for 2017.
