For the second consecutive year, Satori Capital was ranked #4 of the “100 Best Companies to Work for in Texas,” a program created by Texas Monthly, the Texas Association of Business, the Texas Society for Human Resource Management, and Best Companies Group. The awards were presented at a virtual gala on June 18, 2020, and honorees are featured in the July 2020 issue of Texas Monthly.
The “100 Best Companies to Work for in Texas” program recognizes Texas employers that “make it a priority to create better workplaces for their employees.” Companies named to the list were assessed and ranked based on an overview of their company policies and procedures, along with an in-depth, anonymous employee engagement and satisfaction questionnaire. Satori was ranked in the Small Company category, which includes businesses with 15 to 99 employees.
Satori’s profile in Texas Monthly includes this summary of the firm’s outlook on culture: “Satori’s success is driven by the everyday efforts and commitment of our extraordinary team. Special programs and benefits recognized in the Satori profile include a generous annual allowance for health-promoting activities and equipment, monthly visits from health and wellness consultants, and quarterly workshops focused on mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
The “100 Best Companies to Work for in Texas” award is one of several Satori has received for workplace excellence. The firm has been named to Pensions & Investments’ “Best Places to Work in Money Management” list five years in a row and to FW Inc.‘s “Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth” list every year since 2016. Satori was also included on the Dallas Business Journal‘s “Best Places to Work in North Texas” list for 2017 and 2019.
