Ryan Hoffman
Ryan Hoffman is an associate on the private equity team. He is responsible for due diligence, financial modeling, and analysis on new investment opportunities, as well as monitoring and supporting Satori’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Satori, Ryan was an investment banking analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where he worked on both buy-side and sell side lower-middle and middle-market transactions. He was involved in all aspects of the transaction process, including pitch preparation, due diligence, industry research, financial modeling, data analysis, valuations, and returns analysis. Previously, Ryan worked as an investment banking analyst and summer analyst at Leerink Partners.
Ryan graduated from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business with a BBA in Finance. He enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with his friends and family. He lives in Dallas and is originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania.
