For an eleventh consecutive year, Satori Capital was honored with a “Best Places to Work in Money Management” award from Pensions & Investments magazine. Satori ranked fifth in the small employer category this year, and it has placed in the top five for each of the last eight years.
The P&I program spotlights excellence across the money management community and celebrates the top employers in the industry. P&I partnered with Workforce Research Group to conduct a two-part survey process of employers and their employees, evaluating companies’ workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. Overall, 105 employers were included in the 2025 rankings; view the full list of honorees here.
Satori was recognized for its annual gratitude dinner, during which employees exchange handwritten letters of thanks, and for its optimal living program, which includes a wellness recharge room in the office, regular executive health screenings for all team members, and “building biology” assessments for employees to identify potential toxins at home.
The profile on Satori also cited multiple fun celebrations and activities for team members throughout the year, charitable donations on each employee’s birthday, and the annual company holiday on the Monday after the Super Bowl.
Satori’s employer profile in P&I‘s December 2025 issue includes the following quotations from the anonymous employee survey:
“Satori fosters an environment that promotes high achievement and accountability, while remaining warm and friendly. You are surrounded by people who care about each other as a whole person.”
“This organization places a strong emphasis on hiring — they hire incredible, talented, driven and fun people. Leadership takes culture very seriously, and there are dedicated people that spend time daily thinking about culture and ensuring this is a fantastic place to work. The company has a mission and values and leadership, and the people here take these very seriously.”
“Satori continually demonstrates its care for its team members with so many benefits and extras that make life easier. I also believe the flexibility Satori grants employees is appreciated by all.”
The P&I award is one of several Satori has received for workplace excellence. In addition to winning the P&I award in the ten previous years, the firm ranked #1 in 2023 on the “Best Places to Work in Texas” list published by Best Companies Group and has been named to the “Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth” list by Fort Worth Inc. magazine every year since 2016.
Disclaimer: The Best Places to Work in Money Management honor is awarded by Pensions & Investments magazine to businesses in the financial services industry, including Satori Capital. Winners were assessed through employer surveys and an anonymous employee survey that measured key areas of an organization’s culture ranging from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership. Similar independent employee surveys were conducted for the FW Inc. magazine, Best Companies Group, and Great Places to Work awards. Satori Capital did not pay to participate in any ranking, and employee participation in all surveys was completely voluntary.
