For a seventh consecutive year, Satori Capital was honored with a “Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth” award from Fort Worth Inc. magazine. Satori has been included on the list every year since the program began in 2016 and has ranked in the top 10 for small/medium companies each year.
The 2022 “Best Companies” list recognized 45 companies in the Fort Worth area. Workforce Research Group managed the contest for the magazine and determined the rankings through confidential surveys of employees and an examination of company practices in areas such as employee benefits, work from home and vacation policies, wellness initiatives, opportunities for advancement, training and mentorship, diversity, and”more. Fort Worth Inc.‘s Fall 2022 issue noted:
“In addition to an expansive benefits program, Satori also offers additional benefits through its Optimal Living Program, including chef-prepared lunches, a weekly on-site chiropractor and masseuse, guided mediation sessions, group workouts, and an annual $1,000 allowance per employee to use as they see fit in pursuit of their health and well-being. The “Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth” award is one of several Satori has received for workplace excellence. The firm has been named to Pensions & Investments‘ “Best Places to Work in Money Management” list seven years in a row, was certified as a “Great Place to Work” in 2021 and 2022 by the Great Place to Work organization, and earned the “Best Place for Working Parents” designation in a 2020 City of Fort Worth program. Satori ranked fourth in 2019 and 2020 and third in 2021 of the “100 Best Companies to Work for in Texas,” a program created by Texas Monthly, the Texas Association of Business, the Texas Society for Human Resource Management, and Best Companies Group.
