For the fourth time, Satori Capital claimed the top spot in Fort Worth Inc. magazine’s list of “Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth” in the small/medium employer category. Satori has been included on the list every year since the program began, previously ranking #1 in 2020, 2018, and 2016 and ranking third in 2017 and 2019.
The 2021 “Best Companies” list recognized 40 companies in the Fort Worth area. Best Companies Group managed the contest for the magazine and determined the rankings through confidential surveys of employees and an examination of company practices in areas such as benefits, diversity in recruitment, career development, family friendliness, and work-life balance. The “Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth” award is one of several Satori has received for workplace excellence. The firm has been named to Pensions & Investments’ “Best Places to Work in Money Management” list six years in a row and to the Dallas Business Journal‘s “Best Places to Work in North Texas” list in 2017, 2019, and 2020. Satori was also certified as a “Great Place to Work” in 2021-2022 by the Great Place to Work organization and earned the “Best Place for Working Parents” designation in a 2020 City of Fort Worth program. Satori ranked fourth in the 2019 and 2020 “100 Best Companies to Work for in Texas,” a program created by Texas Monthly, the Texas Association of Business, the Texas Society for Human Resource Management, and Best Companies Group.
